GCI Consultants is proud to announce its recognition as a Diamond Level Winner in Construction, Engineering, and Building Services in the 2026 Florida Community Association Journal (FLCAJ) Readers’ Choice Awards. This marks GCI’s 10th consecutive year of recognition, having received the honor every year since 2017. After years of Platinum-level recognition, achieving Diamond status represents a meaningful milestone and reflects continued support from the communities it serves across Florida.

Since 1987, Florida Community Association Journal has served as a resource for board members and community managers, offering industry insight, education, and recognition through its annual Readers’ Choice Awards program. The FLCAJ Readers’ Choice Awards highlight service providers selected directly by the community association industry. In 2026, voters cast more than 13,900 ballots, nominating 309 companies and recognizing 280. Companies are awarded status based on total votes received, with multiple providers eligible to earn the same level within each category.
