However, a key component of our focus was on preventing water leaks within any of the building envelope systems, which included extensive terrace waterproofing details, terrace interfaces with glass walls, the various glazing and wall panel systems, and the many roofs that extended over these new areas. Our team conducted thorough reviews of shop drawings and submittals, performed glass fabricator inspections, and led pre-installation conferences to set the stage for successful implementation.

The team worked to create the widest field of vision possible for spectators, while also minimizing, but not eliminating, the track sounds to enhance the fan experience. We assisted in determining specific glass products for the luxury boxes and devised a glazing system that maximized the field of vision for spectators. This innovative approach ensured unobstructed views of the race, enhancing the overall fan experience. Additionally, GCI recommended products to reduce track noise while maintaining the exciting atmosphere of live NASCAR events.

Advanced Waterproofing and Leak Prevention
