Susan Roth, Director of Finance and Office Staff at GCI Consultants, brings over 25 years of experience. Since joining GCI in 1997 as part of the original five-person team, she has played a vital role in the company’s growth and operational efficiency. Susan has led key initiatives to streamline operations, most notably consolidating multiple software platforms into a single, comprehensive ERP system. Her role spans finance, human resources, legal oversight for potential claims, and contract management, demonstrating her broad expertise across business functions.
Before GCI, Susan refined her financial expertise as an accounting manager for a franchise owner of three Hilton Corporations, overseeing operations for the properties. Her experience in hospitality finance provided her with a strong foundation in multi-property management and complex financial systems.
Committed to lifelong learning, Susan holds degrees in Accounting and Psychology and has pursued additional certifications in insurance and human resources. She also holds a personal mortgage broker’s license, further enhancing her financial expertise.
Outside of work, Susan enjoys deep-sea fishing and is actively involved in animal rescue efforts. Her diverse skills, strategic insights, and dedication make her an invaluable asset to GCI, driving the company’s continued success.
