Born in Ecuador, Estrella Viniachi brings over a decade of expertise in finance, project management, and proposal development. Since joining GCI Consultants in 2017 as a Project Accountant and Administrator, she now plays a critical role in driving the firm’s business development efforts as Proposal Manager. In her position, she oversees the coordination of proposal across all service lines and manages sales activities, helping ensure a smooth transition from client engagement to operations.

Her prior roles include six years as a Documentation Underwriter for a subprime auto finance company and five years in the insurance claims sector, where she organized disaster recovery projects, managed costs, and oversaw hurricane project operations. Estrella holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance (2012) and a Master of Science in Engineering Management (2017), both from Florida International University. Her exceptional financial expertise, project management acumen, and interpersonal skills make her an invaluable asset to GCI’s team.

Outside of work, Estrella enjoys time with her family and friends.
