Dean Villafanas, a test technician at GCI, was born in North Carolina but grew up in South Florida, which he proudly calls home. Before joining our team, he worked as a team leader for a large consulting and engineering firm in Miami, where he honed his project management skills. His certifications in boom lift and swing stage operations enables him to efficiently conduct testing procedures in a variety of testing environments.

Dean leverages his expertise to support our field testing team across a wide range of projects, from forensic investigations of water leakage to construction quality control and assurance (QA/QC) programs. His attention to detail and analytical mindset align seamlessly with GCI’s core values, making him a key contributor to our team’s reputation for thorough and reliable testing services.

His dedication to professional growth and diverse skill set make him a valuable asset to our team. Outside of work, he stays up to date with industry advancements and enjoys exploring South Florida’s diverse landscapes.
