Prior to his time at GCI, Michael spent 13 years running a successful locksmith company and call center in South Florida, where he oversaw sales and managed large accounts. With a deep understanding of the building envelope business landscape, Michael is committed to delivering exceptional results for clients. He holds multiple HubSpot certifications and spearheads the firm’s inbound sales and data management. When he’s not working, Michael enjoys spending quality time with his son and pursuing his passion for outdoor activities.
