GCI Consultants, LLC, was retained by Balfour Beatty Construction to provide a full scope of new construction quality control services of the windows, curtain wall, waterproofing and roofing at the TOHO Water Authority Administrative Headquarters in Kissimmee, FL. The 54,000 sq. ft. office building was constructed with concrete tilt-up walls and completed in 2010. It was the first building in Kissimmee, FL to achieve LEED Gold Certification from the United States Green Building Council.

Services: GCI provided quality control services for the windows, fixed curtain wall, waterproofing and roofing. Duties included reviewing architectural plans and shop drawings, conducting pre-installation conferences, performing water infiltration testing and site inspections, with reports and recommendations on each.
